Who doesn’t love a Basset Hound?! Their long ears, short legs, beautiful markings, long bodies and droopy eyes. They are just too much for words! I photographed Elmo this past weekend and let me tell you, he is one loved little guy! His mom, Elizabeth, is crazy about him and he about her. I love meeting other dog people who are head-over-heels for their pooches. (It helps me justify the things we do for Benny
) We had a super fun afternoon that was centered completely around Elmo – and Elizabeth, I loved your company. Can’t wait to see you all again!

I love Elmo’s expression on the first one and his ears are to die for in the second one. Knowing other people are so into their doggies also makes me feel better by knowing that I am not alone in spoiling my puppy.
