Bucca the Black Lab – Dog Photos

Last Saturday, I had a special session. Ellen had purchased a dog session as a surprise Valentine’s gift for her hubby and Russ loved it! How sweet is that? Let me tell you, Bucca was the star of the day! I instantly clicked with this family as they are major dog lovers and took the time to remember their sweet lab. We started out at their home and Bucca wanted to show off a few of her tricks. The funniest one, in my opinion, is when she plays ball. She hides behind a tree in their yard and just barely peeks out and intently waits for you to throw the ball. She then darts out and catches the ball in mid-air. (On a side note, how is it that dogs are naturally better athletes than myself?:)) She flaunts it for a bit, runs it back to Russ, and then immediately hides behind her tree. I’m sure she could do this for hours! We then spent some time at their private cabin south of Nashville – pretty much a piece of heaven for Bucca. It was wonderful and I had such an encouraging time with them. Simply love what I do!

Even though the day centered around Bucca, we made time for a sweet family photo. Love how everyone is connected. The portrait on the right is vying for my favorite of her… what do you think?

Happy Friday – enjoy the gorgeous weekend!

Awesome! The pictures, music, and the way you captured her. I’ll have to pick the family photo. At a family reunion the family watched her playing that game and was amazed. The only reason they stopped was Russ’s arm gave out before she did.

Wow! Great pics…you must have some kind of dog magic to get a lab to be still! I love the pic on the right also, but since the family has a story connected Bucca ready to play her game…my choice would have to be ready to play! BTW….LOVE your music choice! Fantastic job all around!
