Be sure to check out favorite dog photos in my portfolio, utilize our list of dog resources, find out more about everyone at Adrian Hitt Photography and drop us a line if you are interested in your own custom dog session. I am your dog photographer for playful, modern works of art. Woof!

Earthdog

This session was unlike any other I’ve done. Before this, the most dogs I had photographed was five. Last week, that record was broken … to say the least! Dave and Kym own a fantastic company, Earthdog. (Benny has two of their collars and of all his collars, they’re our favorite.) They are also owned by their 15 dogs (and no, that’s not a typo). They are all rescues and many, if not all, lives were save because of the big hearts of Dave and Kym. I have wanted to photograph their pack for a while and I’m so glad it finally worked out. I don’t believe I’ve ever laughed more at a session than this one. We were definitely outnumbered – 5 dogs per human – which left room for a lot of chaos fun. 😉

Here is just a handful of the dogs. Enjoy! (And next time you’re at a dog store, be sure to look for Earthdog. Really great stuff.)

Within minutes of posting this, I found out that this sweet guy is being put to rest today. He just celebrated his 15th birthday on November 1. So thankful he was up for joining us. His strength that day inspired us all.

Murray, you are greatly missed and I know the pack won’t be the same without you.

It was neat for me to see how their life works. Sure, things are a bit crazy, but they’re surrounded by immense love every day. And, really, what’s better than that?

Yorkie and Labs

I am one of those people who love surprises! So, when I get the chance to be a part of one, I’m a happy girl. Rachel is so sweet to think of her boyfriend and friend to surprise them with dog photos. Cash and Matilda are chocolate Labs and Lucy is a Yorkshire Terrier. If you happen to recognize these pups, be sure to keep the photos under wraps.:)

A growing dog family

Remember these sweet Lab girls?

Well, as of one month ago tomorrow, they are big sisters! I had such a great time photographing Bella and Savannah with their baby brother, Ian Luke. I just love this family. We naturally get along because they are huge animal lovers. And not only that, they are wonderful first-time parents and I know Ian is the sweetest surprise they have ever received. Enjoy!
